In accordance with Decree Law no. 196 of 30/06/2003 and its subsequent amendments (Code relating to personal data protection), according to articles 23- 26 of the same Decree, the undersigned business organisation authorizes the company BIESSE S.p.a., to make use of the personal data incorporated in the above form for the following purposes:
1) to complete the registration procedures of the business organization for the trade fair exhibition
2) to send by e-mail, fax or regular post newsletters reserved for the attention of the signatories or any commercial offer requested in the aforesaid form, as well as marketing and commercial information regarding products marketed by the same BIESSE S.p.a.
For the purposes referred to in point one, BIESSE S.p.a. is moreover authorized to send by e-mail or fax to the trade fair body organizing the exhibition which has requested registration of the participants.
Biesse S.p.a. undertakes, in accordance with Decree Law no. 196 of 30 June 2003 and its subsequent amendments regarding the treatment of personal data, not to divulge in any way, with the exception of the communication to the trade fair body as described above, the data incorporated in the present form.
